Who Is Eligible?

Adjusted family net income less than $90,000.

What is covered?

Renewal Requirements

Coverage must be renewed every year.

Patients must reapply or renew by the deadline to avoid gaps in coverage.

If coverage lapses, services provided during the gap will not be reimbursed retroactively.

Important Note To Keep In Mind

The CDCP uses it's own fee guide, which is different from the Ontario Dental Association fee guide that we follow. This means that even though a service may be covered 100%, the program won't pay the full amount. As a result, patients are required to pay the difference between the CDCP fee and the office's fee.
